The Technical Team
The Tectrade technical team is responsible for delivering some of the largest and complex data management and storage solutions in the UK and Holland. Consequently we have one of the largest teams of skilled specialists in Europe. We take pride in the fact that many of our consultants are home-grown, the product of a rigorous and on-going, training and development programme.

The technical teal consists of individuals who have a strong technical background and are committed to furthering their technical education. As a consultant you will be required to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas on assignments typically lasting from a few days to three months. There will also be some out of hours work required. Self motivation and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision are key attributes of the Tectrade technical team.


Storage Specialists
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of working with storage technologies with exposure to deployment of storage solutions. You will also be able to demonstrate a history of training and development and hold some storage vendor certifications.

The Storage Specialist delivers high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements and performs many assigned technical tasks including study, analysis, design, product installation, test, system integration as well as administration functions. The Storage Specialist also has product, technology and industry related specialised skills.

Senior Storage Specialist
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience of working with storage technologies with exposure to deployment of storage solutions. You will also be able to demonstrate a history of training and development and hold some storage vendor certifications. We would expect a candidate to have deep technical knowledge or extensive experience in some aspects of delivering successful storage solutions.

The Senior Storage Specialist core function are: Leading analysis, problem-solving, and evaluation activities on special technical topics related to project/engagement/proposal/implementation objectives; Leading implementation or technical support activities. This includes leading all or portions of the implementation project, defining tasks, tracking and reporting progress and delivering the customer solution on time and within budget.
