Ken is the co-founder of Tectrade and CEO since 1997. His key contribution has been to steer Tectrade through the numerous changes in the IT industry since 1991 whilst maintaining profitability and growing the business. In the past five years he has focused on building a services and solutions led culture with a big emphasis on professionalism and quality. Today Ken's principle role is to maintain a clear vision for the future of the company and to manage the development of skills at all levels of the business. Ken is a qualified chartered accountant and has worked in the IT industry since 1985. |

Andy joined Tectrade in 1996 and was appointed a director in 1999. Andy started in the IT industry after a career in the Army as an aircraft engineer and joined Tectrade to run their IBM Unix business. In 1998 Andy moved to run the newly formed open systems storage division and within two years had established Tectrade as IBMs top partner for Tivoli Storage software. Andy combines his extensive knowledge of the storage industry with leading large and complex storage projects. He is a motivational speaker and regularly presents at Tectrade and vendor events. |

Nicolai is the founder of Tectrade BV and a graduate of HEAO-CE (economics and administration) and NIMA-C (Marketing). Nicolai joined the IT industry in 1989 selling IBM mid-range systems and founded Tectrade BV in 1993. In recent years, Nicolai has refocused the business, alongside the UK strategy, towards services and solution-led sales, which he has achieved whilst maintaining year on year growth in gross margins. |

Alex joined Tectrade in 1999 as a Tivoli Storage Manager technical consultant. He previously worked for Maxtec in South Africa as a storage consultant. In 2003 Alex was appointed Technical Director with the objective of managing a fast growing technical team and introducing quality and training standards. Over the last three years he has built a robust and scalable management structure for the technical division. In 2006 he led the development of Tectrade's enhanced support offerings based around an ITIL-standard service desk and management software and has played a pivotal role in the sales launch of this new service offering. Alex is a highly accomplished speaker at both customer and vendor events and he is a regular contributor on vendor development forums. |

Mike began his career in IT sales in 1983 immediately after completing his formal education having achieved an upper second BA(Hons) degree in Economics. He worked in a variety of roles during the 1980s and early '90s, spanning mainframe systems sales and leasing, before joining Tectrade in 1994 as a salesman for IBM midrange systems. Mike has lived and worked in the north of England all of his life and, since 2003, has been responsible for developing Tectrade's business in the north of England and Scotland. |
