To achieve this we use the Service Architecture Modelling System (SAMS) which is a structured approach based on ITIL v3 core principles



A critical aspect of the SAMS approach is to deliver hard and measurable benefits. Key Performance data is gathered before and after the project with on-going benchmarking.
