Overview

StorageAssist TSM Operational Support is reactive and offers how-to advice remotely or via on-site assistance. StorageAssist provides access to Tectrade's Knowledge Database for self-help resolution of issues and includes two on-site health check days.


StorageAssist is designed to maintain your TSM environment at an optimum level of performance. It includes day-to-day operational advice and recommendations about hardware and software upgrades that may be needed as data volumes or server numbers grow.


This service provides access to TSM Certified consultants who will assist with problem determination and problem resolution. Our 1st line support personnel all have working experience with TSM and are able to assist with diagnosis and resolution of most incidents.


Tectrade has a team of 2nd line support consultants who provide in-depth diagnosis and problem resolution skills. This team comprises consultants who are deploying TSM on a daily basis and have 3 years or more experience with the software.
